We have been providing commercial funding, construction/renovation and major remodel loan financing since 2009, and have extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to include construction/renovation approval process and have been arranging construction and renovation loans for over 25 years. We obtained our start in developing commercial real estate in 1989 while working for Coldwell Banker in Westchester County NY while serving all of Metro New York area. In July of 1999, we formed our parent company, (a real estate investment business), where we developed commercial and investment real estate projects in NY, CT and FL and continue to serve and manage such projects while adding our expertise in funding options in 2009.
